MIDI players

You may wish to download all the MIDI files yourself from Learn Choral Music so that you can play them on your own device. There are many MIDI players; here are some that you may find helpful to install:

MidiPlay has the capability to display the score while playing the music. There is helpful advice on how to do this here as well as within the MidiPlay application itself.

Midi Sheet Music has versions to run on Windows, MAC OS X, Linux, Android and Kindle Fire, which makes it suitable for most tablets and smartphones. It too displays the score whilst playing it. There is a demo on the site so follow the link and see how it works.

There is also a new on-line MIDI player at choralmusictutor where you can drag-and-drop an existing MIDI file or you can supply the URL of an internet MIDI file which it then plays.
